Having served as an elected member of the Film Committee since 2018, I am delighted to have been elected by my fellow committee members to serve as Chair of the Committee. This role means I also sit on BAFTA's Board of Trustees and I look forward to contributing more deeply to this incredible organisation and helping to support excellence and inclusivity in our industry.

Mentor for this innovative leadership training programme for women, those who identify as women across the spectrum: transgender, non-cisgender and non-binary, with 7+ years of film distribution experience and who have the ambition to run / own a distribution business or operate at a higher executive level.
